Classification of your projects by type
Your Collabox now allows an even more elaborate classification thanks to the introduction of the types of projects. You will see this new information in the Configuration section -> Projects.
Improved report by employees
It is now possible for you to obtain reports according to your own criteria. You can get time reports on specific types of projects, but also filter the results according to their status and even classify the display by project manager.
Order book report
To help you forecast the work remaining to be produced (hours sold not worked), the Collabox introduces with version 4.5.3, a report that allows you to forecast the workload of human resources (your employees). Commonly called a “backlog”, this report will be very useful for project managers and production managers. For this report to be more meaningful, you must enter planned hours for each employee in the Assignment tab of the projects configuration.
3 new modules in the test period
We are already preparing version 4.6 of Collabox which will contain 2 new modules:
- A module of surveys by e-mail
- A module for creating service offers (and archiving for quick consultation)
- A module of telephony which will allow you to consult the list of your lodged calls, your missed calls and to dial a phone number from your Collabox.
Some modifications in the accounting module
The accounting module is entitled to some modifications. Accounts payable presented in 4 columns 30-60-90 days) and it is now possible to make partial payments on accounts payable.
More compatible FollowMail message
In order to increase the compatibility of messages sent with FollowMail, it is possible to send the message in “plain text”.
