The Collabox invoicing module allows you to generate professional-looking invoices dynamically and almost automatically.
Collabox generates invoices in PDF format, which allows you to send them to your customers easily by email from Collabox or your personal email.
Although the layout is unlimited, we offer some basic templates that can be customized with your logo, basic information, tax numbers, etc. In addition, a pre-recorded thank you message will appear on your invoice.
If you have some notions of graphics and you master Photoshop software, it is possible for you to personalize your invoices yourself since we provide you with a Photoshop file of our basic model.
Once you have modified the file, simply email it to us and we will associate it with your account.
That’s it and your invoice template is completely personalized!
