This makes it possible to unify the Collabox user interface for people from the same company. It also brings a greater sense of belonging to your company, since the software looks completely different when customized with your colors and logo!
Don’t worry, you can still keep your Collabox settings if you feel like it!
It’s quick and easy to create a unique theme for everyone. There’s a button to apply a Collabox interface theme to all users in the same organization. Even change the theme for festive events during the year!
Apply a corporate interface theme
First, go to the bottom of your main page, in the left-hand menu. Then click on “My preferences”.
Then select the “View” tab. On this page, add your logo, choose the desired colors and create a corporate theme. When you’ve finished, click on the “Apply theme to all employees” button.
