These are usually the hours that exceed 40 hours per week and must be paid at time and a half.  <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overtime report<\/h3>\n\n<p>First, go to the &#8220;Reports&#8221; tab in the main menu at the top of the page.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"728\" height=\"90\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-72.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17950\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-72.png 728w, https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-72-300x37.png 300w, https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-72-610x75.png 610w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>Then select the &#8220;Employees&#8221; function from the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"285\" height=\"175\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-74.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17954\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>Now that the report options by employee are displayed, choose a time period and an employee&#8217;s name. You can also choose not to select any employee to get a detailed report for each person working in your company.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Then, uncheck the boxes &#8220;Include hours details&#8221; and &#8220;Include comments&#8221;. Then select the &#8220;Explode hours by holiday\/holiday&#8221; box.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/rapport-employe&#x301;s-configuration-1024x756.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11890\" width=\"857\" height=\"632\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<p>The report result is displayed by employee name. Regular hours are listed, followed by time-and-a-half, vacations and vacations. Other variables are possible depending on your configurations.
