To do this, Collabox has developed a simple checkbox. This step is reversible at any time.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer file<\/h3>\n\n<p>To suspend a credit, you must go through the customer&#8217;s file. First go to the main menu &#8220;Configuration&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"992\" height=\"92\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Configuration.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Configuration.png 992w, https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Configuration-300x28.png 300w, https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Configuration-768x71.png 768w, https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Configuration-610x57.png 610w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 992px) 100vw, 992px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Then select the &#8220;Clients&#8221; option in the left-hand menu. Then, under the &#8220;Info&#8221; tab, scroll down to the desired option. The first is a change of color in the client list; it is now red.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/3e-image-cre&#x301;dit-suspendu-1024x101.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11585\" width=\"748\" height=\"74\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Secondly, a message will appear at the top of the signature page for invoices that are in his name.
