In addition, it tells you if your employees will complete their tasks on time according to the project delivery date. Incredible, right? <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-solid-color\"><blockquote><p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>:  <\/p><p>To get accurate data in this report, you need to be thorough in the configuration of your<strong> projects<\/strong>:<\/p><p>&#8211; delivery date (due date)<\/p><p>&#8211; hours in bank per project  <\/p><p>&#8211; time allocations by employee<\/p><p>ET:<\/p><p>&#8211; make accurate entries of hours worked in timesheets<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Follow the instructions below to see at a glance if you have overworked employees.<\/h4>\n\n<p>The procedure for accessing the assignment load report is simple. <\/p>\n\n<p>The first step is to go to the menus of the &#8220;<strong>Management<\/strong>&#8221; module by clicking on the icon at the top.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the left sidebar, click on &#8220;Assignment Load&#8221; to go to the<strong>report options<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.collabox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/rapports_charge_affectation-video-2.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n<p>Once on the<strong>report options<\/strong> page, you must determine <strong>the time range <\/strong>of the report.<\/p>\n\n<p>By default, the report runs from the start of the year to the current day. It is <strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong> to select a future date for the interval. Otherwise, the report will not show you projects with a later delivery date. A good way to do this is to use a period of one week. In other words, take the current date and add a week to it. So you will have an overview of the work to be done in the coming week. This is not a big problem, follow the steps below to correct the situation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On your project page, click on the &#8220;Assignments&#8221; tab.<\/li><li>You will then see the list of all your employees. All you have to do is enter the number of hours desired for each employee.
