First, access to expense approval is not given to everyone automatically. In this module is the checkbox &#8220;May approve expenses&#8221; which must be checked to see the column &#8220;Approved&#8221; in the expense report.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/approbation-de-de&#x301;penses-e&#x301;tape-1-Collabox-1024x344.png\" alt=\"The process of giving an employee the responsibility to approve disbursements.\" class=\"wp-image-11008\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Second, we go to the \u201cReports\u201d category to find the \u201cExpense Report\u201d.
