Take stock with Collabox’s employee report! It is designed to let you choose which information to<\/span> put forward .<\/span><\/p>\n\n First, click on the Reports <\/em>icon, located in the horizontal menu at the top of the screen. You will land directly on the right page.<\/span><\/p>\n\n The report is produced in 3 stages: <\/span><\/p>\n\n Don’t forget to click on the View Report <\/em>button when you’re done! <\/span>The personal report is identical, except that it is designed for the employee only. The latter has no access to his colleagues’ data!<\/p>\n\n If you tick this box,the report will then show the projects each employee has worked on, the amount of time they have spent on them individually, and the proportion (in %) of their time that projects have occupied<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n As the name suggests, if you check the box for sum of departments, the report will be structured according to your company’s departments. It lists the departments each employee worked for, the number of hours spent on each, and the billable amounts worked per department.<\/span><\/p>\n\n Note:<\/strong> The above examples were created from the basic settings and the selection of all employees.
