You can use Collabox to track your projects’ timelines in several ways. Be sure to always indicate the start and end dates in the Project form for optimal follow-up.
Afterwards, you can view the deadlines directly from the production calendar. Also see who is assigned to the projects. You can also see the progress of your projects in the Production Report.
Sequences of tasks per project are also available. They allow you to see at a glance the progress of completed tasks, whether the project is behind schedule or not, and the percentage of completion of the project.
Finally Collabox can add Gantt chart functionality to the basic calendar. It is a visual graphic tool that highlights the start and end dates of the project. Thus, at a glance, the manager can see the progress of his projects in real time according to the planned deadlines. He can then identify the tasks to be carried out in order to accomplish his project in the allotted time.
