1. New navigation system
From the new version 4.2 of Collabox, a new navigation system is used in order to reduce the length of the left menu. Now you must use the icons at the top to access the different sections of the Collabox:
- Configuration
- Selling power
- Project management (in development and available on request)
- Reports
- Accounting
2. Different project states
The Collabox now allows you to further qualify the state of progress of your projects by now offering different project states. To change the status of a project, see the section Configuration then Projects and modify the attribute state .
3. Job improvement
It is now possible for you to put a due time in addition to the due date in each task. In addition, by now configuring the work schedule of each of your employees and by configuring the time zone in which you are located, the management of delays will be even better!
To configure these options, go to the section Configuration / Employees / employee name / Tab Schedule
and in your preferences, section Time zone .
4. Printable version of reports
If you often print reports, this new feature is a real gift for you! By selecting the option printable version in reports, a new window will open that does not contain the navigation menu, making printing much easier.
5. Choose your start page
Previously, once connected to your Collabox, you were greeted by your timesheet. You can now choose the section of the Collabox that is presented to you. Change the option Start page in your preferences .
Subsequently, when you navigate in your Collabox, you only have to click on the Collabox logo (in the upper left corner) to return to this page.
6. Quick display of a single search result
If you do a search in the lists (projects, employees, etc.) and the search engine finds only one item, the Collabox can display this result automatically rather than returning you a list containing only one item. only element. To activate this function, see the section My preferences .
