Version 4.3 – 13 new features for COLLABOX

1. Make e-mail distribution lists within the sales force

You can now assign each of your Sales Force prospects to a distribution list (even 2, 3 or 4 if you want!). So, for example, you can group all your prospects for one of your specific products to a particular list. A great saving of time when the time comes to send it to all these people. (maximum 500 contacts per mailing list)

2. Measure budget variances more easily
For subscribers to the invoicing / accounting module, you now have access to a new option: The real-time budget which will allow you to see if your current year and month are reaching their budget targets.
3. A new Black and White theme
The Collabox design team has prepared a new theme: Black and White. The theme in question uses more contrasts than in the basic theme and is … let’s face it a little less yellow than the Sun theme!
To change your theme, go to the section
My preferences / Theme option
 and do Save.
4. A session adapted to your work environment
With version 4.3 of Collabox, you can now customize the duration of the active session with Collabox. The active duration is the period of time during which the system will not ask you for your password again if you do not interact for a period of time with your Collabox. You can now choose a session of 10, 20, 30, 60 minutes or even 24 hours.
To change the duration of your session, go to the section
My preferences / Session option
 Choose the desired duration and click Save.
5. For number lovers, here is the display of project numbers
At the request of some users, we have added project and client numbers in the drop-down menus. For those of you who know all your project numbers by heart, this option will save you a lot of time.
To display the customer and project numbers in the drop-down menus,, go to the section
My preferences / Sort project lists by option
 Choose Customer number or Project number and click Save.
6. Increased control of project hours
You can now prevent the addition of excess hours on projects if they are configured with a bank of hours or a package. Thus, if a project is delivered at 30/30 hours and this option is selected, employees will not be able to add hours and will have to contact the project manager to add hours.
7 . Client access now allows consultation of invoices
If you use the invoicing / accounting module, you can now allow your customers to consult their invoices via the web.
8 . Complete list of changes
There are 13 new features in version 4.3 of Collabox released on May 14, 2003. Here they are:
