The tool “ Procedures and documentation “ allows you to write your procedures, step by step, to make categories, to place them in a specific order. It can also be used to link documents for reference, thanks to personality fields. Thanks to a management of access rights that you do yourself, your colleagues can consult or modify, add and update this information. You can also archive documents in different formats: images (jpeg, png), PDF, spreadsheets, etc.
This tool is offered free of charge, so don’t hesitate to use it!
Follow the steps below to start your internal document “library”. First, go to the Tools menu on the left of your Collabox screen, then click on Procedures and documentation. Procedures can be classified by category. It’s up to you to create them and give the right access to your employees. If certain documents are not suitable for all your employees, you can select only those authorized. When it comes to searching for a specific document, you have several filter options to choose from.
