Here’s how to export your contacts from Iphone and import them into your Collabox.
First, go to the Apple website: https://www.icloud.com and use your login and password.
Once you’ve opened your “icloud” account, select the “Contacts” icon.
Then use the gear at the bottom of the page to perform 2 operations. The first is to select “Select all”. The second is to click on export in “Vcard” format.
This series of steps will allow you to download a file with an extension ending in .vcf. Ideally, you should use your computer for this download.
Import into Collabox
A .vcf file is imported directly into Collabox. Be careful, though, as it’s difficult to check its contents, and you risk importing information that isn’t related to your work, such as the contact details of your family members.
A quick solution is to save the .vcf file in Excel-readable .csv format to check the contents before importing. Here’s how to transform your file with www.aconvert.com
Then open the .csv file in Excel, to keep only the contacts and rows that interest you:
Now you need to save the file again in a format compatible with Collabox. Follow this procedure: https: //www.doc.collabox.com/2016/09/08/fichier-csv/.
Finally, you can import the file containing your Iphone contacts into Collabox by following this other procedure: https://www.doc.collabox.com/2016/09/08/importer-vos-contacts/
