The KPI report presents data from completed projects. It primarily shows the expected profitability of the project based on the information in the service offer. There’s the actual profitability, according to Collabox data, as well as the hours worked compared to the planned hours. It also shows your employees’ billable ratio based on the timesheets entered. Finally, you’ll find the expected billing target and overtime, if applicable.
